Claire Kinmil
Claire Kinmil is a former book-avoider who discovered she actually liked (some) books in her 30s. Now, she tries to compensate by listening to as many audiobooks as can possibly fit into a self-employed mother's daily life.
Her newfound love for reading created a need for talking about the read books and writing the books she wishes someone else had already written. That's why her YouTube channel and her books now exist.
In her work, she delights in overanalyzing concepts like Art, motherhood, neurodiversity, and whether emotional meltdowns could have anything to do with entangled particles. She believes more books should be ADHD-friendly and feature visual elements, so that's how she formats hers. As a former physics and computer science teacher, she can't help but include a mini physics message or two in every book. Sometimes the message is subtle, and sometimes it hits you like an epic fantasy novel your friend is returning to you at 0.01 c because the main character died on page 873.
